Educational Programs

Mission…..

KNOW Leadership is dedicated to the assistance of the “under-educated” youth ( grade 6-12) in the United States. 

  We provide leadership training, motivation workshops and interaction with leaders and professionals in the community.  

The workshops are taught in a variety of ways: Hands-on, lectures or games. We do this because each student learns differently. We also provide training in: understanding personality types, introduction to financial planning career and college planning, conflict resolution ( See Workshop link for a more detailed description).

Goals.....

· · Teach young people how to better handle conflict

·  Assist in identifying gifts and talents in young people  at  an early age

· Assist in helping student make correct college choices (based on interest) to improve chances of graduation and job placement

· Develop leadership skills in students that will assist them not only in college or in the work force but also in life

· Assist  in the educational system where needed  

·  Assist in “soft skills”  development
